RAINY SKY JELL-O
2 boxes of Blue Jell-o
1 container Cool Whip
Clear (edible) glitter
Mix 2 boxes of blue Jell-o according to package directions and place in a 9x13 pan and chill. Once set, my daughter placed spoonfuls of Cool-Whip on our 'sky' for the clouds. She then sprinkled clear edible glitter all over it to represent our 'rain'.
