Castle Diary Lapbook Pictures co

Cover of the lapbook with the "draw bridge" up. I found color sheets online of a castle; we cut the door out and glued it on black construction paper to make a draw bridge. With the black construction paper I made a flap at the bottom and glued it to the back of the folder.

Front cover with the "draw bridge" pulled down. We found a color sheet of a knight on the Internet and cut it out for the cover. On the underside of the drawbridge is a summary of the book.

Top L is a picture of Toby that I copied from the book inside the children wrote about the character.

Top R is a picture of a castle that I found on the Internet (color Sheet) inside they wrote about the setting of the book.

Bottom is the journal they kept while we read the book.
